Plans for a long-awaited informal skateboarding park in downtown Des Moines now seem to be behind on track.
The Des Moines City Council is set to opinion Monday on a understanding that would concede a city and Polk County to work together to finally build a skateboard park. It’s been in a formulation and fundraising stages for scarcely dual decades.
